Intersection
A large range of lenses is essential for discriminating photographers. The front glass is measure and intersection for perfect images. The SEACAM front port system has been standard for excellent photos for many years. The first-class system is more than manifold. Plane ports for lenses of 35 mm to 200 mm and fully corrected dome ports for wide angle lenses down to 20 mm are as brilliant as ports for fisheye and superwide-angle lenses. A further great challenge are over-under photos. For that purpose, SEACAM offers a superdome port. A high quality image is guaranteed by specially matching optically neutral and hardened mineral glass. This glass is most finely ground and polished to give the ultimate transmittance of light, which is vital for first class photos. |

Optical coating for ultimate
transmittance of light and brilliance
All front glasses can be coated upon request. This coating contributes substantially to reflex-free SECAM front glasses and their unique contrast. The perfect correction and choice allow to do almost without correctors. Thus there will be no optical impairment of your high-quality lenses. For wide angle zoom optics from a focal distance of 24 mm onwards, which cannot be zoomed nearer than 0.5 m and requires front lenses or optics where the full setting range is desired, we offer suitable front lenses. |

Simple port change
The front ports are manufactured of high-grade plastic or seawater-resistant aluminium, radially sealed and easy to change. For the first time, SEACAM has combined the safe screw thread and the popular bayonet to a sensible unit. The bayonet thread pulls the O-ring with only one revolution swiftly into the sealed face and positions the port exactly by stroke - simply, automatically and powerfully. The new SEACAM bayonet thread ports have also got an extended lens passage so that large, professional objectives of great light transmitting capacity can be used. |
